The Program

Annual OSHA Training for the Dental Team

OSHA requires training on Bloodborne Pathogens every 365 days. This timely program covers OSHA's requirements combined with the CDC's infection control guidelines. Learn what inspectors look for and the record keeping requirements expected of a dental office. The speaker will guide you through setting up a Quality Control system that works for your office.

Learn What's New for 2010 and Avoid Costly Complaints

Learn how the HITECH Act significantly enhances the penalties that may be imposed for a violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). The HITECH Act subjects covered entities and their business associates to periodic audits.  Are you ready?  One dental office that was audited was not ready. The State Department of Health and Human Services notified him that penalties could range from $100 to $50,000 per day for noncompliance. Learn how you can comply with the new requirements to avoid complaints and potential penalties.  No need to fear an audit if you have your paperwork in order.  Join our speaker, Renee Russell, as she prepares our group to learn the latest HIPPA compliance.
